About Us

East Coast Kombucha Company, located in South Norwalk, CT is an artisanal-brewer of organic, probiotic-packed kombucha-or fermented tea. We’re committed to brewing, bottling and distributing kegs and bottles of the best-tasting kombucha available using only the finest ingredients, (locally sourced whenever possible) – with a portion of our sales being donated to local charities.  Our mission is to make a positive impact on our community, our customers’ lives, our employees, and on the environment.

We began brewing Kombucha at home after trying a fresh, produced Kombucha while on a trip to Hawaii and being blown away by how good it tasted. It was nothing like the mass produced brands we had tried in the past. We knew immediately that we wanted to bring this type of fresh, local craft Kombucha to our own community. With a goal of creating flavors that taste great, and using the most premium ingredients possible, we began sharing our Kombucha with friends and family.A Soon after, everyone kept asking for more and the East Coast Kombucha Company was born in 2017.

Steve is responsible for the day to day operations-brewing the Kombucha, bottling, distribution, sales and marketing as well as community outreach. He is the face of the brand and works with suppliers and customers to ensure that our product standards are met, employees are happy, and everything runs smoothly.

Leading our Sampling and Customer Loyalty Programs, Glynise ensures that our kombucha is sampled by as many people as possible and keeps them happy and coming back for more! Her ability to interact and connect with people along with her experience in retail client service make her a natural fit for this role.

Store Design, Branding, Visual Conceptualization

Claudia is the creative visionary who is responsible for the look and feel of the East Coast Kombucha Company retail store and all customer facing environments. She is also involved with all visual and branding aspects of the company (website, logos, bottles, etc.).

Director of Business Development

As Director of Business Development, Jon is responsible for sales, planning and distribution for East Coast Kombucha. He brings many years in the apparel industry, working closely with wholesalers, retailers and distributors to strategically position East Coast Kombucha as the premier kombuvha brand in the marketplace.
