Kombucha is a delicious, refreshing, effervescent, raw, and naturally-sweetened fermented tea that has been enjoyed for over 2000 years. Each sip of our artisan-brewed kombucha contains living probiotics, organic enzymes and antioxidants which promote good gut health and helps your body to function properly. Kombucha’s main ingredients are filtered water, organic teas, organic herbs and juices, organic sugar and a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) used for fermentation.
East Coast Kombucha Company, located in South Norwalk, CT is an artisanal-brewer of organic, probiotic-packed kombucha-or fermented tea. We’re committed to brewing, bottling and distributing kegs and bottles of the best-tasting kombucha available using only the finest ingredients, (locally sourced whenever possible) – with a portion of our sales being donated to local charities.
